El mundo está como una cabra- the world is like a [crazy] goat.
This is a song about Rome before the fall, Rome being our 'modern' civilisation. The chorus says that although the world is crazy and full of sadness, we still live the party.
The first line of verse one, "many of us don't understand what is the truth, are we being manipulated?" refers to the age-old and growing confusion about what is 'truth' and what is 'propaganda', (a matter over which we will forever speculate without ever reaching a conclusive answer), especially relevant in today's digital world of easily-spread misinformation, sensationalist conspiracy theories, advertising and Cambridge-Analitica style crowd-manipulation.
The second line of this verse, "where is our love for humanity?" refers to the people drowning in the Mediterranean sea after paying $1000 each to cross on rickety boats in desperate search of a better life, the draconian European visa and immigration policies having blocked all forms of safe, legal passage.
The second verse says "when will we understand the reality, we can't continue like this, where is our love for mother-earth?"
lyrics
Our lives are sometimes so sad and tragic
So many days wasted and pointless
I often feel like I should do something
Trapped in hedonism
The end of civilization
